Magic Cubes with Farm Animals

With this crochet pattern you can crochet the magic cubes with farm animals. While spinning, 6 different farm animals will show.  With this crochet pattern you will be guided step by step and with many pictures to the final product.  The pattern uses pixel crochet; the method is explained in the pattern. The pattern is in US terms.
 
Materials needed (besides the pattern):
Cotton yarn:
4 balls crochet cotton fingering weight (50 gram) in the basic color and
3 balls crochet cotton fingering weight (50 gram) in the contrasting color
8 square cubes of foam rubber, size 6cm x 6 cm x 6 cm
Crochet hook: US 1.5 (2.5mm), or Size C
Head pins (96 or 192 pieces)
Yarn needle
Scissors
 
The pattern is suitable for both beginners and advanced crocheters.
